we have 45 in oakland, 43 in cumberland, 53 in elkton 53 at the shore, winds from the west at 5 miles per hour. calm readings across the state. as the rain comes in from two separate areas, low pressure pushing across the great lakes region, this area of low down around the carolinas, moving across kentucky and tennessee, it's all going to converge over our region. this is going to fizzle out and dry out. you see much of this energy up across the upper peninsula of michigan and wisconsin lifting north. it is really this area right here that we'll be watching kind of moving in a northeasterly fashion across our area. as it does, again, high pressure is going to ease off, but the air is very dry. we'll be watching that, but widely scattered showers and again no washout of your plans. we're keeping an eye on igor, a tropical storm with winds up to now 69 miles per hour. igor will move north. and make a turn as a category 3 hurricane. while it is still a week and a half from any land interest at all, even down toward the caribbean islands, we'll watch this because it will be a very strong
